It was a wonderful day in spring: the sun is shining, and the breeze is just enough to dry the laundry. Kasumi sits on her porch, a wrapped box beside her, legs hanging off the ledge. She's humming happily to herself, sewing up a tear in one of Ranma-kun's shirts.

Today she will see her best friend again, and that is what makes it just so wonderful.

It was so nice to heard from Tyki-kun again, Kasumi thought, shutting down her computer. The past few weeks had been a bit eventful as well, and she knew that seeing a friend would do her a bit of good.

Kasumi hummed quietly to herself, spooning the last bit of curry into the bento box made for Lan-kun. Putting the lid neatly in place, she stacked it on the larger box of steamed rice and tied both together with a blue patterned cloth.
